Webroar loading the old data when adding a new application with the same name that have been deleted

Hi,
In webroar when i am adding an application with the same name that
i have been deleted, but with different entries in all other
fields, that time webroar is loading the old application data,
loading old analytics data and old exception data.

- Tag set to “analyzer”
- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
- Assigned user set to “Nikunj Limbaseeya”
Solved the issue by enhancing the code to create/delete application record at the time of
deploying/undeploying the application. Previously it was created from Analyzer module.For more derails please refer https://github.com/webroar/webroar/commit/73a9f49103599cb6318d
