Sunil,
Server needs dynamic ruby library(libruby.so) as prerequisite. If you have used 'installer' script to install REE, please rebuild your REE by passing '--enable-shared' argument to configure script. You can use following to do the same.
./installer -c --enable-shared
Please let us know, how it goes with you?

Suggested solution found working. Refer following discussion thread.

Also, latest WebROaR on Github supports Static Ruby library. Closing this ticket, please open new ticket or reopen the same one if you still face the same problem on REE.
Thanks,
Dharmarth
