don't require sudo

There is no reason to require sudo to install this gem. It makes it unusable for people to install using rvm. Can't you just require sudo to run webroar since it runs on port 80 but not require sudo to install it?

During installation server creates softlink to few executables, service script and log rotate script. All these operations requires sudo privilege.
We would look in to support RVM out of box. But than to it would require sudo for installation.
